Online Ordering Terms & Conditions

Due to the nature and complexity of Internet E-commerce, we reserve the right to review, and ammend if necessary, any order placed with us online. Should any modifications be required, FFOL will contact you to confirm these changes before shipment and/or billing any charges to your credit card.

Bar Review Course Terms and Conditions

Tuition
The entire course registration fee is due and payable by the date of course commencement. Non-refundable deposits (ex. $250.00 for the Orange County Long Term Bar Review) are accepted to reserve a space and freeze the current price. All payments for Home Study Programs by Audio Cassette are non-refunable after the product is shipped by FFOL.

Cancellation
A student may cancel his/her registration for live courses up until seven days prior to course commencement. The deposit will not be refunded. The remaining paid balance will be returned upon written request. However, no refunds will be made after the seven days prior period. If a student does not qualify for a refund, he/she may apply any deposited funds to a cassette course or a subsequent live course.

If a student attends the Long Term course while awaiting results from the Bar Exam and subsequently passes the California Bar, a 50% refund will be made upon written request and verification of passing results.

Student Writing Materials
Each student must provide his/her own blue books, cassette tapes and binder clips. In the event the student does not bring these materials to class, FFOL will make them available for an additional cost. FFOL encourages the student to bring his/her own materials.

Live Course Materials
Materials will be distributed to FFOL registrants during the first and second class sessions. WARNING: All FFOL materials are protected under U.S. Copyright law. Each and every FFOL registrant and all others will retain these materials for his/her personal use only. Duplication, sale or transfer of FFOL materials for any reason is strictly prohibited.
