OVERVIEW (continued):

It is imperative that the student develop proper legal writing skills during law school. This avoids the panic many students experience when they realize that 2-4 years of poor writing habits that were not corrected during law school are jeopardizing their chances of passing the Baby Bar or Bar examination.
