OVERVIEW (continued):

Professor Fleming has determined that students who are unsuccessful in law school or on the Baby Bar/Bar Examination generally suffer from a lack of basic fundamentals in Analysis, Organization and Writing skills. Therefore, he has designed the course to aggressively address these problem areas.
