Teaches Essay Examination Analysis (including issue spotting techniques, issue headnotes, factual analysis and proper interpretation of "Calls of Questions"): Analysis is the ability to recognize the facts from hypotheticals that raise legal issues and to then apply the facts to the applicable rules of law.
