Founded in 1982

Attorney Jeff A. Fleming, a licensed CA attorney, founded Fleming’s Fundamentals of Law in 1982. For sixteen years, he served as an adjunct law professor and remains the principal lecturer for most Fleming’s reviews and workshops. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at Northwestern CA University of Law.

Attorney Fleming teaches fifteen CA bar review subjects, giving him the unique ability to demonstrate the relationship between the law, essay exams, and MBE testing formats. He has devoted his legal career to developing legal study materials, reviews, and workshops that aid law students and bar candidates with their proficiency in substantive law and legal examination skills. He is a legal education consultant to various CA law schools. His publications are available in legal bookstores across the country.

Attorney Susan Sneidmiller, a Fleming’s co-founder, is a practicing attorney and former volunteer Special Deputy Trial Counsel with the CA State Bar. Ms. Sneidmiller is a member of the exclusive million-dollar advocates forum, one the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the U.S. with membership limited to attorneys who have won million dollar verdicts and settlements. In 1983, she combined her legal experience with her academic expertise to develop a step-by-step Performance method that teaches the principles necessary to pass the Performance examination. She is frequently invited to teach her method at various CA law schools and remains the principal lecturer for her Performance Workshops. She has authored a variety of Performance Examination manuals available in legal bookstores throughout the country.

Committee of Bar Examiners Grading Calibration

Attorneys Fleming and Sneidmiller have participated in the CA Committee of Bar Examiners grading calibration sessions. giving them the personal know-how into what is required to pass the Bar Examination.
