Refund Policy

FFOL Products/Publications

The full purchase price of products and publications is due and payable prior to the products being shipped. Once your order and payment are received, shippable products are sent via UPS.  No refund will be made after shipment of products has taken place.

Seminars

All of Fleming’s seminars are non-refundable. A student who has registered for an FFOL seminar may postpone his or her registration or switch to an alternative location but may not receive a cash refund.

Tutorials

All Tutorials are non-refundable. The purpose of providing a non-refundable retainer is that the Tutor has accepted the student in lieu of other ready, willing and able candidates. A student who wishes to re-schedule must do so by providing notice 48 hours prior to the scheduled tutorial time.

Bar Review Course

The entire course registration fee is due and payable by the date of course commencement. Once the course commences, the paid registration fee is non-refundable. Deposits are accepted to reserve a space and freeze the current price. All deposits are non-refundable. All payments for audio Home Study Programs are non-refundable after the product is shipped by FFOL.
