Professor Jeff A. Fleming, a licensed CA attorney specializing in criminal law, founded Fleming’s Fundamentals of Law in 1982. He has served as an adjunct law professor for eighteen years and remains the principle lecturer for most Fleming’s reviews and workshops.
Fleming's Ultimate Bar Tutorial (UBT) is a live bar review presented over a four-month period. It incorporates all that our traditional bar reviews offer, while being uniquely personalized in a setting limited to twenty students. Private tutoring and Emanuel's Bootcamp for the MBE are included.
WHY YOU NEED FLEMING'S ubt
Fleming's UBT prepares you for all three bar tested formats. You not only receive substantive law instruction in all bar subjects, you also receive the exam methods and strategies you need to pass the essay, multi-state MBE, and the Performance sections on the bar exam. Emanuel's Bootcamp for the MBE is included.
You are monitored closely, attorney tutors are provided if and when you need one-on-one private tutoring, immediate feedback is provided in-class and for all submitted exams, and your progress is evaluated on a day-to-day basis.
All students seeking admission into the Ultimate Bar Tutorial Bar Review must be interviewed by Professor Fleming before being accepted into the program.
For first time bar exam candidates who are accepted into the program and meet all course criteria during the program, Fleming’s offers a guarantee that if, after completing the course, the bar exam candidate takes but does not pass the specific bar exam for which he or she prepared, that bar candidate will be permitted to attend the next Fleming's Short Term Bar Review in preparation for the following bar exam, free of charge.
Fleming’s understands that the pressure of bar exam preparation can create immense stress for any law student. For that reason, in addition to the standard bar review materials, Fleming’s Ultimate Bar Review Tutorial includes presentations by a noted hypnotherapist.
The live Ultimate Bar Tutorial in preparation for the July, 2018 Bar Exam begins March 23, 2018.
